    研究方向

    RNA修饰的标记、鉴定与调控是当前生命科学的研究前沿,但相应化学工具的缺乏阻碍了其基础研究和生物医学的发展。我们围绕这些关键科学问题开展研究,取得了以下进展:1)开发了靶向RNA修饰的新型生物正交化学和探针分子,实现了对细胞和植物中RNA修饰的直接化学干预;2)建立了对细胞转录组中RNA修饰的时空分辨调控新方法和单碱基测序新技术;3)在活体水平实现了功能性修饰RNA的选择性激活。具体研究方向包括:
